• Wills and Estates: We prepare wills and powers of attorneys and handle the distribution of estates.
• Family Law: We handle family law issues including all aspects of divorce: child custody and support, spousal support and division of marital property; adoption; guardianship; and prenuptial agreements. Attorney Phyllis J. Perko is a qualified family law mediator.
• Litigation: We work on every type of legal dispute that could potentially go to trial, including family law, criminal law, traffic violations, real estate, contract issues, personal injury, workers' compensation claims, employment disputes and probate.
• Real Estate Law: We help clients with real estate matters involving either residential or commercial real property, including buying and selling, closings, negotiations, annexations, zoning and drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, land trust, leases and other documents.

Attorney Nicholas J. Harlovic works with clients in real estate and business law issues and practices primarily in Kane County, McHenry County, Cook County, Dupage County, Dekalb County, Lake County, Boone County.

Attorney Phyllis J. Perko argues appeals throughout the state of Illinois and serves clients in business, criminal and family law matters from the communities surrounding Dundee.
