Illinois Transactional and Litigation Attorneys
Negotiation ♦ Mediation ♦ Trial ♦ Appeals
Founded in 1985, Harlovic and Perko is a general law practice located in Dundee, Illinois, focused on serving the legal needs of the community in which we live and work. We represent clients in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, primarily in Kane County, McHenry County, and Cook County as well as argue appeals statewide. If you have questions about a legal issue or dispute, please contact our law firm to schedule an initial consultation to discuss how we can help.
Our Commitment to the Local Community
Our experienced lawyers have been practicing law in the Dundee area for over 35 years. We have strong ties to our community and are active with many local organizations. Because of our long-standing reputation and activity in the community, many clients may know us outside the practice of law already.
We each bring our unique background and skills to serve our clients. Attorney Nicholas J. Harlovic focuses on real estate law involving either residential or commercial real property and assisting businesses with business law matters. Attorney Phyllis J. Perko represents clients in litigation and appeals arising from criminal actions and civil cases involving family law, real estate, contract disputes, and probate.
Meeting the Needs of Our Clients
When working with clients, our goal is to focus on meeting the individual and unique needs of each client. We offer personalized attention and will take the necessary time to understand our clients' situations - what are the facts, what are the legal problems and how can the law be applied to meet your goals. Because of our experience, we are able to counsel clients as to what their options are, discuss the potential success of their case and assist clients with making informed and educated decisions on how to proceed.
We are prepared to litigate, but we also know that litigation is not always the best option.
