Civil and Criminal Appeals Throughout IllinoisWe handle both civil and criminal appeals in the Illinois state court systems. Appeals are handled by Attorney Phyllis J. Perko; she has extensive appellate experience and has written appellate briefs in most areas of Illinois state law.
